Last year, Logipac chose Logicenters as its landlord for the company’s first relocation in over 20 years. Now, they are moving into their new facility on Mejerivägen.
The new building meets all environmental requirements for modern logistics, featuring solar panels on the roof and certification according to the BREEAM Excellent standard. The phased move-in process began in the summer of 2024, and the facility is now fully operational. Logipac is leasing 7,000 sqm of the building’s total area of 31,000 sqm.

The Kallhäll property is strategically well-positioned, with close proximity to Stockholm and excellent distribution access via the E18 highway—ensuring easy accessibility for both employees and customers.
